AccountEdge AI is an add-on to your AccountEdge subscription, and it comes in two plans. The difference between them is mostly about how many people and company files you're working with — the AI itself is the same on both.

For one person working with one company file.

For teams, or if you manage more than one company file.

Only new Projects count toward the monthly limit — refining a Project with follow-up questions doesn't.

If it's just you and one company file, start with the base plan; it has everything you need to build reports, refine them, and export them as PDFs. Plus earns its place once a colleague or your accountant needs their own login, you run more than one company file, or you want your numbers in Excel or CSV for further analysis. And you can start on either plan and switch later from My Account.

Both plans start with a 7-day free trial, and nothing is charged until it ends — cancel before then and you won't owe anything. After the trial, AccountEdge AI is billed alongside your existing AccountEdge subscription, so there's no separate payment method to set up. Your first charge is prorated to cover just the days between your trial ending and your next AccountEdge billing date, and full monthly billing follows from there. There are no contracts and no lock-in; you can cancel at any time from My Account and keep access through the end of your billing period, and your company file in AccountEdge is never affected.
