Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and nothing is charged until it ends. After that, AccountEdge AI is billed alongside your existing AccountEdge subscription — there's no separate payment method to set up. Your first charge is prorated, so you only pay for the days between your trial ending and your next AccountEdge billing date. Full billing periods follow from there.

Each plan includes a monthly limit on new Projects: 50 on the base plan, 250 on Plus. Only new Projects count toward it — refining a Project with follow-up questions doesn't, so keep the conversation going as long as you need.

Log in to My Account to cancel at any time. Cancelling deletes your AccountEdge AI account and every Project in it, so export anything you want to keep — as PDF, Excel, or CSV — before you go. You keep access through the end of your billing period, and your company file in AccountEdge is never affected.

Unlinking a company file in AccountEdge stops it from syncing with AccountEdge AI. Cancelling deletes your AccountEdge AI account and its Projects entirely. If you only want to stop syncing a particular file, unlink it rather than cancelling.
