Emails Not Sending on Mac
AccountEdge Pro for Mac needs certain permissions to send emails or export to Excel.
If AccountEdge Pro for Mac is not sending out emails, check your permissions.
- Go to System Settings
- Go to Privacy & Security
- Click on Automation
On the right-hand side, ensure that AccountEdge Pro has access to System Events, Mail and Finder.
If these options are grayed out, you will need to click the Lock icon in the bottom-left hand corner.
If Mail is not in this list, you need to first make sure that System Events is checked. Then open AccountEdge and attempt to send an email. You should get a prompt to allow AccountEdge to control Mail.
