Arizona Fair Wages and Healthy Families Act
The Fair Wages and Healthy Families Act is effective July 1st 2017.
The act requires notifying employees of their accrued and used sick time for each payroll. We will be adding the appropriate fields as custom fields that can be added to your pay checks and pay stubs in a future update. In the meantime, you can run the Accrual Balance Detail & Summary reports which include the required fields.
AccountEdge includes an option to print each employee on a separate page and contains hours accrued, taken and available. This should be provided to employees for each pay run.
You will find a new "Separate Pages" option in the Finishing tab on these two reports which will print an employee per page.
