If you don't sign up for AccountEdge AI and complete the connection process, your AccountEdge company file will not be connected to or accessed by AccountEdge AI.

AccountEdge AI is a service you choose to use when—and if—it makes sense for your business. Connecting your company file requires an intentional action on your part. You are never automatically enrolled or connected to AccountEdge AI.
If you're not interested in using AI with your accounting data, you don't need to do anything. Simply continue using AccountEdge as usual.
And if you decide to explore AccountEdge AI in the future, you can choose to connect your company file when you're ready.
Your accounting data remains within your existing AccountEdge environment unless you choose to connect it to AccountEdge AI.
