Uninstall & Reinstall FileConnect for AccountEdge Windows Network Edition
These are instructions on how to uninstall and reinstall FileConnect for your Windows Network Edition version of AccountEdge
1. Navigate to your Control Panel > Uninstall A Program > Uninstall “AccountEdge FileConnect”
2. Navigate to your C Drive > Program Files > Delete the folder “AccountEdge FileConnect”
3. Navigate to your C Drive > Program Data > AccountEdge NE > Delete “fileconnectsettings.plist”
To reinstall FileConnect, simply open AccountEdge NE and before logging in (on the main welcome window) click on Company File Maintenance (bottom right drop-down) > Download FileConnect. This will download the latest version of FileConnect, just open the download and begin the quick installation.
