The AccountEdge Trial Balance Report includes information about account activity only. If no transactions occurred in the selected date range for an account, that account won't appear on the report unless you marked the Include accounts with no activity under Customize/Finishing.

Purged transactions will not appear on the Trial Balance Detail. You will get the message "This report is not available for pre-conversion, pre-purge, pre-fiscal year periods" if you run the Trial Balance Report on a file that has been purged within the report dates you enter.

If you've closed your Fiscal Year and need to run a Trial Balance report you would need to restore a backup from before you went through the Start a New Fiscal Year process.
