AccountEdge Networking

AccountEdge for Windows has the ability to have multiple people access the same company file in the same local area network. This is accomplished by creating a shared folder. Other Windows users in the network can then access the shared file.

AccountEdge Ports

AccountEdge for Windows uses the dynamic/private port range of 49152 through 65535 to access AccountEdge company files on other machines.

Additionally, when checking for updates in AccountEdge and AccountEdge Connect AccountEdge uses Ports 435 and 5000.
