AccountEdge Hosted: Restarting the VDI server through Control Panel
1. Ensure that all users are signed out of AccountEdge Pro.
2. Go to: hostingcloudapp.com and login with your Control Panel credentials. These credentials were provided to you in the initial email at the start of your subscription. If you do not have these credentials or the credentials are no longer valid, you may contact our hosting provider for a password reset.
3.Once logged into the Control Panel, click Virtual Machines in the upper left pane.
4. Click “Restart” at the bottom of the screen. You will see that status of the server displayed in the window. Once the virtual server is restarted and running, all users may reconnect to the server and sign in to AccountEdge Pro.
