With Plus, the answers in AccountEdge AI aren't just yours. Your bookkeeper, a manager, or a business partner can log in and ask their own questions of the same data — without needing to know accounting or open AccountEdge. If you run more than one business, each company file gets its own workspace, and you move between them in a click. Everything on the base plan is included, plus a higher Project limit, Excel and CSV export, editing in the spreadsheet view, and the ability to bring in data from outside AccountEdge.
Giving your team access
Plus includes up to three users, each with their own login. Everyone sees the same numbers — whatever was in the company file as of the last sync — so a report your accountant pulls matches the one you pulled.
To invite someone, pick your company file from the selector in the top left, go to Settings > User management, click Invite, enter their email address, and click Send.
Working across more than one business
Plus lets you connect up to three company files. Each one links the same way your first did — Getting Started with AccountEdge AI has the steps — and once they're connected, you switch between them from the selector in the top left.
Each company file is analysed on its own, so you get clean, separate reporting for each business. What it won't do is combine them: a consolidated statement across two companies isn't something AccountEdge AI builds.
Bringing in data from outside AccountEdge
Plus also lets you upload a spreadsheet — a budget, a price list, figures from another system — and report across it alongside your company file, so you're not reconciling two sources by hand. Working with Data That Isn't in AccountEdge has the steps and example prompts.
