On some forms, you may want to print just the first line of a field. For example, on a paycheck, you may want to print just the employee name, and not the entire address.
To do this, customize the form:
Highlight the field
Open the field properties
Make sure the data are top-justified
From the bottom of the field, select the horizontal field bar, and move up, thus reducing the height of the field
Save your changes
As a result of changing the field height, only the first line of data will display when printed.
