The printing order for checks (or any documents) is controlled by the printer driver. The change in printing order is done in the print dialog box.
To Reverse the printing order of checks on Mac
Click the print button to open the machine OS Print dialog box
Select Paper Handling in the option drop-down
For Page Order, select Reverse

To Reverse the printing order of checks on Windows
Click the print button to open the machine OS Print dialog box
Select Preferences
Select either print in reverse order, or print last page first (driver-specific)

To print checks in ascending order
On the print dialog box, select 'Paper Handling' on the drop down printer options, and make sure there is no check in that box for reverse order. Also, on some printers, you should change the paper handling from automatic to normal. The Normal setting will have the checks printing in ascending order.
