If you are not prompted to update the Forms Viewer (and forms), you can:
On macOS
Open the FormsViewer by selecting Prepare Payroll Tax forms from the Payroll Command Center.
Select a form and proceed until you have the FormsViewer opened. You'll see the Formsviewer menu bar, on which you'll find the Help menu.
Select Help >Update Forms.
On Windows
Open your C:\AccountEdge20YY folder and find the FormsViewer folder.
Open this folder and locate the application Updater2.exe.
Double-click this to update your forms.
