If AccountEdge Pro freezes and cannot be closed through normal closing, it may be required to close the program through the Windows Task Manager.

1. Right click on the Start button in the lower left corner of the screen.
​2. Click on Task Manager

1. Highlight the AccountEdge Pro application.
​2. Click End Task button in the lower right corner of the screen.

You will see the AccountEdge application close and the highlighted line will be removed from Task Manager.
